Robert Stephen Simon

Robert Stephen Simon is an artist with a phenomenal scope of technique and style. He can literally paint anything he sees, whether it's a photograph, another painting, a live subject ... plant, vegetable, mineral, human or animal ... or architectural or natural. If it has form, he paints it.

In 1992, Bob was named "Sports Artist of the Year" by the U.S. Sports Academy from among a group of 750 prominent artists. Much of his career has been dedicated to sports art, but he is also a very well known reproductive artists. He paints the masters so proficiently that if he didn't sign his own name, it would be difficult to tell, "Is it Rembrandt -- or is it Simon"!
